About Belle Hall Plantation
Belle Hall Plantation is one of the most inviting neighborhoods East of the Cooper River in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The neighborhood offers a diversity of homes and an assortment of neighborhoods, each with its own style, within the community.
Seven neighborhoods make up the plantation, with single-family homes beginning at $250,000 for 1,300 square feet and exceeding $1 million for more than 5,000 square feet. Veranda, Rice Bay and Courtyard were the first neighborhoods to be built in the early 1990s. Battery Point, with bigger homes and larger lots, was next. Lots are currently available in the Hibben and Evian neighborhoods.
Amenities within Belle Hall include two miles of walking trails, a crabbing dock, a community park, ponds, community centers and swimming pools. And because Belle Hall is just off I-526, residents are within walking distance of Belle Hall Shopping Center and Belle Station, which offer grocery stores, a coffee shop, clothing stores, restaurants, specialty shops and services. Neighborhood schools are Wando High, Cario Middle and Belle Hall Elementary.
